Register your pre-schooler up through 5th grade for the PY Ecumenical Vacation Bible School (VBS).  Got older kids?  They can register as helpers!   Build up the family with the Family Life Summer kit, available in English & Espanol.  Register them for Kids’ Adventure Time. 

Middle Schoolers & Teens:  Parents, use this for one of “the talks.”  St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body offers clear answers about our identity, relationships, and sexuality.  Teen version.

Community is a community of adults roughly ages 20-40; single, engaged, married; with kids, without kids; enjoying good company and the Catholic faith. Couples need to carve time out of their busy lives for each other.  Worldwide Marriage Encounter weekends are for that purpose.  They give couples time to focus on each other and deepen their communication.  After the Encounter, couples often return to their life and families refreshed with renewed commitment to each other.

For those experiencing griefThe Elizabeth Ministry welcomes all who grieve the loss of a child through miscarriage, still-birth or infant death.  For those who grieve the loss of others, GriefShare, an international, Christian-based support group exists through ">St. Benedict’s Parish Wednesdays, online via Zoom or Thursdays, 11 AM – 1 PM at St. Mary’s Church, 95 N. Main St., Canandaigua.  A bereavement support group is available in Penn Yan.

Previewing the Sunday and Holy Day readings can help us get more out of Mass!  Two, free online sources for this are:  Encountering the Word (for adults) and Holy Heroes Mass Prep (for children).  When you come to Mass, look in the bookshelf for new titles to keep your little ones (2-7 yrs) focused on the Mass/our relationship with the Heavenly Host.  (Please return to the bookshelf after use.)
