Forming our faith is a lifelong process.  The Finger Lakes Chapter of the Knights of Columbus are offering a free audit of one summer course at St. Bernard’s School of Theology and Ministry, Rochester.  Session II courses begin on 6/19.  Go to https://stbernards.edu to see the offerings and register.  Registration forms for Family Faith Formation  (beginning in September), sacramental preparation for Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation are available at the offices and at the worship sites.

“Peace be with you.” — Jesus.  As our nation approaches its 250th anniversary, we are invited into something deeper than a simple remembrance, we are invited into revival. To truly bring our hearts and minds “under God” so that we can be witness to our country of the love of Christ. Beyond the divisive rhetoric of this time, we are called to bear witness to a higher truth: that lasting peace, justice, and unity are possible when we surrender our lives to Jesus Christ. What a privilege that right now we have an American Pope who calls us to these ideals! Will we stand with the Holy Father in proclaiming the truths of the Gospel which helped form the ideals of our country?  Join the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage in prayer for unity, peace, and healing, that our country would be renewed in our love for God and neighbor. Commit to helping reach 250,000 Holy Hours of Eucharistic Adoration. Together, may we help shape the future and invite all to experience the peace of Christ as “One Nation, Under God.” –Bishop Andrew Cozzens
